About Keith:

Keith Louderback is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Executive with GTE Financial and more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #311964) and former Realtor, Keith brings a unique perspective to every transaction, guiding clients through everything from first-time home purchases and down payment assistance programs to jumbo financing, refinancing, and investment properties.

Keith also serves on the City of St. Petersburg’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, where he works alongside community leaders to help address housing affordability and expand opportunities for homeownership throughout the city.

Beyond lending, Keith is the founder of Pride in Real Estate – St. Pete, a free monthly networking organization that brings together LGBTQ+ real estate professionals and allies to build relationships, share knowledge, and strengthen the community. A passionate advocate for affordable housing and financial education, Keith frequently partners with local organizations, attorneys, and community leaders to educate homebuyers and connect people with resources that help them build long-term wealth through homeownership.
