About Roger B. Curlin
Roger is a proud multi-generational Floridian, born in Tampa, raised in Brandon and Bradenton, and a St. Petersburg resident since 1999. As Executive Director of the EDGE Business District Association, Roger has three core roles:
Advocating on behalf of the EDGE District and its diverse business community.
Promoting the District and highlighting its unique character.
Educating through seminars, masterminds, and consultations.
The EDGE District is home to more than 125 businesses, thousands of employees, and over 2,000 residents. With millions of visitors each year, it stands as one of St. Petersburg’s most dynamic and creative business hubs.
Leadership, Mentorship, and Community
Roger’s leadership extends far beyond his role at EDGE. He mentors and moderates the monthly Entrepreneurial Academy Alum Business Builder, serves on the Marketing Committee for Creative Clay, and sits on the Board of the St. Pete Opera. His professional background includes serving as Director of Development for the St. Pete Opera, founder of Club Savor, and contributing to Continuing Legal Education programs with Stetson, Holland & Knight, and Carlton Fields.
As both an attorney and an entrepreneur, Roger brings unique insight into the intersections of law, business, and community. He is a proud graduate of the University of Florida and Stetson Law School (Class of 2002).
