With over eight years of experience assisting veterans with disability compensation claims and serving as the lead staff member for our Social Security disability clients, Stacey’s expertise in administrative law makes a measurable difference in people’s lives. She brings calm to the chaos of deadlines, documentation, and case development.
What Stacey Manages Day-to-Day
Case Oversight for all firm files—from civil court to VA appeals
Management of legal support staff to ensure every litigation deadline is met
Coordination with attorneys to keep each matter on track
Handling VA and Social Security claims including forms, motions, records, and pre-hearing prep
Drafting legal documents for the Board of Veterans Appeals, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and civil litigation
Managing communications with courts, clients, agencies, and opposing counsel
Tracking statutes of limitations, filing, and deposition coordination
Internal operations, including accounts payable/receivable, medical invoice processing, payroll reporting, 401(k) administration, and onboarding new employees
Stacey’s background as a small business owner for 14 years, along with her years as a literacy tutor and mentor, bring invaluable organization and people skills to the firm. Her ability to multitask, communicate with empathy, and keep every team member informed makes her one of the key reasons our clients receive seamless, professional service.
Passion Beyond the Office
Stacey is deeply rooted in service—both professionally and personally. She volunteers with local organizations like Paint Your Heart Out Safety Harbor, which helps elderly residents on fixed incomes restore their homes. When not at work, you’ll find her with a good book, solving crossword puzzles, or giving back to the community.
