Donayle Whitmore is the Founder and Principal of CVested, a Social Impact Accelerator that designs and delivers transformative solutions for government, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations. CVested’s work strategically builds organizational capacity, strengthens strategy, and creates measurable impact and shared economic value through cross-sector collaboration and partnerships.

She has federally and gubernatorially served on the Board of Elections, Women’s Council, and the Board of Education in Missouri, and served on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights under Presidents George W. Bush Jr. and Barack Obama.

Her work primarily focuses on equity-centered strategy, systems innovation, and building cross-sector ecosystems that position leaders to unlock opportunity at scale and expand both impact and revenue.

About CVested

CVested works at the intersection of government, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, and mission-driven initiatives to design partnerships that generate measurable impact and shared economic value. Both a long-term ecosystem builder and a high-level strategic growth partner, CVested focuses on strategy, capacity building, and cross-sector collaboration, aligning public priorities, private capital, and community expertise to unlock opportunity at scale.

From Transaction to Transformation

Donayle’s presentation, From Transaction to Transformation: Building Ecosystems That Expand Revenue and Impact, will explore how leaders can rethink traditional business relationships and instead build partnerships that create long-term value.

Attendees will learn how shifting from transactional relationships to transformational partnerships unlocks measurable impact, stronger positioning, and shared economic growth. The session will provide practical strategies for moving from competition to collaboration and building ecosystems that expand opportunity, influence, and long-term profitability.
