About David Grant
David Grant is the founder of Parr Media Group and its subdivision, Parr Moto, which is celebrating its 25th year in business. Prior to that, David was the President of the Blue Collar Gourmet restaurant group in Michigan. David has been a resident of St. Petersburg since 2023.
Parr Moto is a retail performance marketing company working with global brands to fulfill their marketing obligations to their retail channels. Parr has served as the North American retail marketing partner for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company since 2010.
Finding the Pivot Points in Your Business or Career
During the workshop, David will present “Finding the Pivot Points in Your Business or Career.”
This exercise requires your ability to brainstorm, to dream, to marinate, to analyze, and ultimately to discover the ideas that make sense to pivot your approach to your business or your career path.
David emphasizes that this type of discovery does not happen simply by sitting in a room. It requires both conscious and subconscious time and thought as individuals evaluate where they are and where they want to go next.
The process he outlines is simple but powerful:
What is my business or my job?
How many different ways could I approach it?
Through this framework, attendees will be encouraged to rethink assumptions, identify opportunities for growth, and uncover the ideas that can lead to meaningful change.
