A Strong Legal Foundation
Originally from Philadelphia, Joe began his legal journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University before earning his Juris Doctorate from Widener University’s Delaware Law School. Since 2009, he has been a licensed attorney, with a career spanning both criminal defense and civil matters.
Joe built his reputation as a skilled trial attorney in Philadelphia before relocating to Florida, where he served as an Assistant Public Defender in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida. In 2025, Joe joined The Law Firm of Douglas G. Jackson to expand his legal career and bring his extensive courtroom experience to our clients.
Beyond the Courtroom
Joe’s expertise doesn’t stop at the law. He has worked in real estate as both an investor and agent and has held positions in corporate management. His multi-faceted background gives him a unique perspective on legal and business challenges, allowing him to connect with clients in practical and impactful ways.
A Life of Adventure
Outside of work, Joe is a devoted father and husband. He is also a passionate motorcycle racer who has achieved championship wins. His love for action sports and adventure mirrors the determination and fearlessness he brings into the courtroom.
