As our Events Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our signature events—planning, organizing, and ensuring they reflect our values and commitment to community building. You’ll work directly with attorneys, legal professionals, and outside organizations to bring our events to life, all while collaborating with our marketing team and ambassadors to ensure these events are well-promoted and well-attended.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and Executing Signature Events: From brainstorming creative ideas to managing logistics, you’ll oversee every aspect of our events, ensuring they run smoothly and align with our firm’s mission.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Ambassadors: Work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content that promotes our events. Coordinate with our Community and Client Ambassadors to increase outreach and engagement.
- Fostering Connections: Partner with attorneys, legal team members, and outside organizations to ensure all events are purposeful and impactful.
- Building Community: Use your enthusiasm and people skills to foster meaningful relationships, ensuring every event strengthens our ties to the community and enhances our reputation as a community-focused law firm.
