CONSTITUTIONAL LAW TIDBIT – 3 Branches of Government

by | Mar 10, 2022 | Firm News |

I’m Doug Jackson, founding attorney of The Law Firm of Douglas G. Jackson, located in St. Petersburg, Florida.  I’m here with your Constitutional Law Tidbit.  In these segments, I’ll give you information about the United States Constitution, expanding or reinforcing your knowledge of law and civics in 1 minute or less.

Do you know how many branches of government there are in the United States?  That’s right 3 branches.

Do you know why?  It’s because the first three articles assigns these powers.  The first article assigns the responsibility for making laws to the legislative branch.  The second article details the powers of the Executive Branch.  The third article establishes the Judicial Branch.

Remember knowledge is power . . .  that’s why you should get your knowledge and get your legal action at The Law Firm of Douglas G. Jackson.
