Last week’s BEN Workshop brought together business leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs for an afternoon focused on culture, clarity, adaptability, and growth. Hosted by Josh Naaman and Eric Nutting of Connect St. Pete, the workshop delivered both high-level strategy and immediately actionable insights.
We were honored to feature four outstanding presenters:
From Friction to Flow: Building a Positive Workplace Culture That Lasts
Adam Peters, Founder and Chief Happiness Ambassador of MindMap Renovations LLC and author of Blueprint to Happy, opened the workshop by reframing how organizations think about culture. Adam emphasized that sustainable success begins with intentional systems that reduce friction and create environments where people can truly thrive.
Identity Before Strategy: How You’re Actually Operating in Your Work
Next, Eric Nutting, Co-Owner of Connect St. Pete and Owner of The Growth Coach of St. Pete, challenged attendees to look inward before looking ahead. His session focused on understanding identity, values, and behaviors as the foundation for any effective strategy—both personally and professionally.
Business Survival Through Evolutionary Principles
Josh Naaman, Owner of Naaman Creative and Co-Founder of Connect St. Pete, explored how evolutionary principles apply directly to modern business. His message was clear: companies that adapt, experiment, and evolve are the ones positioned to survive and grow in an ever-changing marketplace.
The 15-Minute Revenue Leak Workshop
Closing out the workshop, Frank Rivera, Visionary Creative Strategist and Founder of ARP Visuals, Tampa Bay’s first full-fledged AI filmmaking studio, delivered a fast-paced, eye-opening session on identifying hidden revenue leaks. Frank provided practical tools that attendees could immediately implement to strengthen efficiency and profitability.
We are incredibly grateful to our presenters for sharing their knowledge, to Connect St. Pete for hosting, and to everyone who attended and contributed to the conversation. The BEN Workshop continues to be a space where ideas turn into action—and last week was no exception.
