Eric Nutting is a mediator, facilitator, and business coach who helps individuals and organizations navigate complexity, growth, and change with clarity and intention. As Co-Founder of Connect St. Pete and owner of The Growth Coach of St. Pete, Eric brings a human-centered approach to leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
With a background spanning entrepreneurship, conflict resolution, and facilitation, Eric works closely with business owners and leadership teams to identify patterns that create unnecessary friction. His work focuses on honest self-assessment, responsible decision-making, and aligning daily behavior with long-term sustainability.
