Joseph C. Pultrone originally hails from the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but is now a permanent resident of Pinellas County. He received a Bachelors Degree in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Widener University’s Delaware Law School. He has been a licensed attorney since 2009.
Joe is a seasoned trial attorney who began his legal career in his home town of Philadelphia, where he worked primarily as a criminal defense attorney, while also representing clients in civil matters as well. In 2023 Joe began working in Florida as an Assistant Public Defender in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida serving at the Pinellas County Justice Center at the Law Offices of Public Defender Sara Mollo. In 2025 Joe joined the Law Firm of Douglas G. Jackson to help grow the firm and further his own legal career.
Outside of the legal field, Joe has been heavily involved in real estate as an investor and agent. He has also held roles in corporate management.
In his personal life Joe is a father, husband, and championship winning motorcycle racer. Joe and his family are frequent adventurers and avid action sports enthusiasts.
