About Angie Hales

Angie Hales joined the Law Firm of Douglas G. Jackson in 2023. She transitioned with more than twelve years of customer service, office administration, and accounting experience into her role as Paralegal. Her main responsibilities include providing support to all members of our legal team and many of our clients. This is most often in the form of drafting legal documents and maintaining communication with clients on the status of their case.

Biography

Angie is a graduate of Hillsborough Community College, with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Real Estate Paralegal College Credit Certificate. Angie also earned a Legal Technology Certificate and an eDiscovery Certificate from the National Society for Legal Technology.

She has been involved with the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association since 2022. She serves on the board of directors as First Vice President and is the TBPA representative for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee. She is also a Florida Notary Public who serves at the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s quarterly Pro Bono event, Wills for Heroes.

Angie resides in Brandon, FL with her husband and son. Most weekends you will find them doing projects at home, but on long weekends they enjoy RV camping at new locations within Florida.
